My wife and I made a reservation September 14, 2018. My wife arrived a few hours before me but did not have her wallet. Though the room was already paid for, she didn t have a card to pay for the deposit. Rather than letting her use the room until I arrived to pay the deposit amount, the front desk associate, Mike M., made her wait in the lobby for 3-4 hours. I understand he followed policy, but with it being night time, her having travelled all day, and the room already being paid for, I thought this was ridiculous, and I would have expected better service from a hotel of this type.
