Sent United Radio my Sony High-Resolution Audio HDD player for repair work covered under warranty. Absolutely flawless from start to finish, this is how repair work should be! They called the moment FedEx dropped off my unit to confirm what was wrong and that it would be covered. That was on a Thursday morning and by Monday morning I had the unit back in my hands! Everything was packaged perfectly and clean of fingerprints. If the serial numbers didn't match, I'd swear they had just sent me a brand new one. The unit works just a great as the day it was new and I couldn't be happier with this turn around. I'll definitely be keeping United Radio in mind for any future repairs on my gear. Thanks for the awesome service!!
