I've had the worst experience with Garry Rome. I bought a used car in late April which immediately failed inspection and by September the AC didn't work. I went in to have it looked at which took two hours and all I got was "We found the problem and we can order the part, but you have a $100 deductible" I wasn't even informed what the part was. Three weeks later I called and the part was never ordered and they re ordered it. I went in two weeks after that for an oil change to find the part was again never ordered so I was told it would be reordered. I waited two more weeks and heard nothing. It was cold out now so I figured why fix the AC. Throughout this whole time of calling no one told me that it was the AC compressor and that I can't use the heat without one. I only realized when my car started smoking in January so I called and again no one told me not to drive it. Now without it the belt burned and snapped in my car shutting down the battery and power steering. A supervisor tried telling me that the belt is completely separate with the AC and when I told him that the parts manager agreed he took it back. Now I'm just waiting to see what bills I'll need to pay just because of my lousy customer service and the lack of warnings I got, but good thing I got a complementary water.
