Leading Edge represented us in the sale of our airplane hangar. They found a buyer very quickly and helped us through the difficult paperwork to assign our lease from the city to the new owner along with handling the HOA transfer paperwork. Without them, I feel the deal would have fell through. They kept everyone aware of the ongoing situations and assured us all the whole time everything would be fine and go through. A++ I would not buy or sell another hangar without them!
