My car has 5 factory recalls on it, I set the appointment up, and the person tells me my car should be done by the next day.... in the process of dropping my vehicle off, I m told that my car ACTUALLY wouldn t be done until Friday...at that time I ask for a loaner aka rental car, for the time that the dealership has my car in their possession. The service advisor Sean explained to me that they only do rentals, and it requires my DL, Insurance card, and a $200 deposit.... I was immediately thrown off because in no other major dealership have I been asked to give money out for factory recalls that were mandatory to be fixed. So I explain that I didn t have $200 of liquid money to be held at the moment, so if my car would be ready by Friday, I would be cool with a ride to my house and avoiding making it an issue. Fast forward to Friday and I don t receive any status updates on when my vehicle would be ready, so I decide to call the service center to see when I could pick my car up, and they didn t answer, so I left a message at about 2:45. I wait 2 plus hours and call again car 5:15, where I m put on hold multiple times only to be put on the phone with my service advisor THAT did not return my original call, and he then tried to explain the same rental policy from Tuesday which I explained I was not liable for, and he then put me on hold, to be eventually disconnected.. no return call still... 30min later. I asked for corporate numbers, which were denied, and I asked for upper management, which Sean said doesn t exist for the issue I have. So I DONT RECOMMEND anything done at all at ED VOYLES anything! Dodge, Chrysler Jeep and any other subsidiary should be ashamed to be represented by a company with this type of customer service or lack there of !
