Really poor customer service, forgetful staff, and...

Really poor customer service, forgetful staff, and terrible bedside manner. Staff all don t seem to want to be there, or want to work with patients. Doctors don t listen to patients, for example, when a specific procedure was requested, we were denied. Only later to have it ordered after 2 or 3 other procedures were done. This is either incompetence, or fishing for insurance money.

Beyond this, they MAJORLY dropped the ball with their CoViD-19 policies, rather lack-thereof. The staff could use training on following policy and procedures, and cultural sensitivity training.

Avoid if possible.

Response to MFB: I have already followed the formal complaint procedure. Waste of time, as you are unwilling or unable to work on your glaring flaws and areas in need of intense growth.
