After staying at several properties in their portfolio this is by far the worst. Air conditioning and shower only worked intermittently. Notified staff who first said it was fixed, when it wasn't, they said too bad the hotel is full. No offer to change the room (obviously) or anything else for that matter. Concierge could not get us a single reservation we requested. When we asked them for a lounge to get a drink they sent us to a local karaoke club where we were not the right demographic. Absurd airport style security measures are more of an inconvenience than a safety measure. Everyone mentions their breakfast buffet which was large but overall nothing remarkable. In fact, they served us raw pancakes. During turn down service they would take half empty bottles of water and simply replace the cap. Staff overall however was quite friendly. The property itself is nice but a bit dated. Spend the money and go to Anantara.
