I would like to recognize Elle who works in Medica...

I would like to recognize Elle who works in Medical records for taking the time to recognize my personal request in obtaining my medical records in a timely fashion. During COVID I realize protocols and procedures are handled a little differently, however Elle was able to work hard to help me obtain my records in a timely manner which did wonders for my anxiety level.
I just wanted to let her know I appreciate her hard work and to let her supervisor/manager know what an empathetic understanding person they have working in their department.
