DO NOT BOOK HERE! It does not surprise me that this place refuses to refund customer cancellations during the pandemic even when they were not even open during the scheduled ceremonies! My sister had her wedding scheduled here last year and tragically lost her fiance two months before the wedding. We canceled all events in Vegas and received full refunds on all deposits EXCEPT for this place! We received an email notification stating "For the protection of my business and employees, all deposits are non-refundable". She was offered a credit to use for a future wedding, vowel renewal or photography session. How insensitive, inappropriate, and inhumane! Who does that? This is an operation that has no consideration or care for any person and is motivated by the dollar. I sincerely hope that $350 deposit that you stole from a grieving woman was worth selling your soul.
