The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. The first room they put me in was dirty with someone else's hair and there was what appeared to be a cockroach leg on the floor in the bathroom. The people next door were so noisy at different points of the night (12:50am and 1:50am) that I called the front desk to move me because I couldn't sleep. They claimed they did not have any openings and sent security to deal with neighbors. Nothing changed, and I spent the rest of the night/early morning listening to my neighbors party. I was very disappointed in how little they did to make me comfortable. I wish that I had not pre paid for this hotel so I could have just left.
