I was very worried about staying here after reading reviews but our 3 day stay ended being ok. I contacted the hotel ahead of time to ensure I would be in a room with working air conditioning. My room was fairly clean and cool when we arrived which was nice. The room was fine for us. The shower had some cracks in the granite that were filled but should probably just be replaced but it worked fine. We ran into some issues with the front desk staff not accepting my amazon prime now order due to the room being in my husbands name and the order being in mine (I had both names on the order). I spoke with customer service and was ensured that they would accept the order when amazon returned the next day, the order was still turned away but I was able to catch them in the parking lot.

The waterpark was ok. I did not bring a lifejacket for my infant as we were flying in and typically waterparks provide them. When we inquired about a life jacket we were pointed towards a rack that had about 6 large life jackets. When we asked about an infant jacket we were told, that is all the have. Of course, we were fine because I dont let him out of my sight, but found the lack of life jackets a little strange.

There was a strong order of marijuana coming from the room nextdoor. We did let the front desk know, but it continued.

Overall our stay was fine. Customer service needs some improvement. Encounters with staff were not friendly or helpful. Overall they just seemed annoyed to be working.

Overall our stay was ok. It was worth the price but we would not stay again.
