We were referred to LIVS by our primary care veterinarian after receiving a diagnosis of cancer for our beloved 10 year old Golden Retriever. Needless to say, we approached this appointment with great trepidation, but Dr. Camps was very kind, understanding, and honest/ realistic when discussing Riley's prognosis and the treatment options available. Although nothing can be decided until Riley is completely healed from his recent surgery, we felt much better after our appointment, and also feel that we can trust the doctor to give us all the information we need to make the best decisions.
Everyone was warm, friendly, and caring, and Riley was comfortable and relaxed. Usually he tries to escape from doctors, but he behaved beautifully, which shows us that he could feel the caring evidenced by the staff and doctors.
