We first went to Baker Nissan in early December to test drive a Nissan Murano. The first salesman we spoke with, Patrick, was very knowledgeable and seemed truly interested in answering all of our questions to the best of his ability. He wasn't pushy or intrusive, it felt as though he wanted to help us further our research process. We did not have plans to purchase a vehicle that day but at least 2 managers came by Patrick's desk while we spoke to say hello and introduce themselves.
We went back to Baker Nissan on January 1st after we had narrowed our decision and done our due diligence with the intent to see what kind of pricing/deal we could get on the Murano. Patrick was no longer with Baker Nissan, and Drew Perry had called me previously to follow up so we began talking with him. Drew was very good at putting us at ease and making us feel as though he was trying to get us into the car we wanted while getting the best deal possible. We felt as though he and Amanda (sales manager) were working very hard to get us what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Felipe (financing) was also very knowledgeable and patient with us. After we purchased the car, Gayla went over everything the car offers and was efficient in explaining everything from the owners manual to the various features. Our only complaint is that the process takes so long, but that's a universal grievance no matter the dealership.
Overall, everyone we interacted with during our sales/purchase experience was helpful and friendly, and we felt as though each department was genuinely working as hard as they could to get us an amazing deal. We are happy with our experience and should we decide to purchase another Nissan in the future, we will definitely return to this location.
