I recently purchased some construction equipment from their website. The ordering process was smooth, and the website was user-friendly. However, I encountered some delays in the delivery, which was a bit disappointing. The quality of the equipment was average, and I expected better considering the price. The customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delivery status, but it would have been better if they had informed me about the delays proactively.
