Peeling wallpaper, unmade rooms, rooms not ready at 7PM to check into, horrible customer service. I have never experienced such a poorly ran Starwood property in all of my travels. I would never recommend this property to anyone. It ruined the first two days of our vacation and ran us late for dinner reservations waiting for them to get their things together.
