Nice, business reception. Superior room in need of refurbishment: wardrobes, walls and curtains are all slightly damaged. Cheap appearance. Had asked for a firm pillow, but got an even weaker one.
Breakfast is fine except for the watery scrambled eggs and lack of red fruit. fitness room scanty.
In short, not the right price-quality ratio that I know from other Sofitel. Next time back to Pullman Brussels.
