Ophthalmology care is not a problem, but if you have to go to another hospital because of the health insurer, it will be difficult to transfer your file. I had called, no sir, was the answer, you must hand in a written request with copy of identification to our counter (from the police). So I went to the counter. No sir, you must go to Facility Management with this letter. They told me, no, sir, you must go to the Patient File and request your file there and then take it to your new hospital. I did that. In the event of a hospital change, I have the right to transfer my file (and also directly and efficiently) to the new hospital. But not much of that comes to the OLVG. Bureaucratic, customer-unfriendly, and simple change of care provider hindering. That OLVG. 3 stars because the care is in order.
