My boyfriend and I went in for an oil change and left with a brand new 2018 Equinox. Our journey started with Sam who was there for us from start to finish. He stayed true to our wishes, and ONLY showed us the vehicles we wanted, not the other way around. Sam was not pushy, nor overbearing and made us feel comfortable from the get go. Once we found our car and worked out the details we were then introduced to Pat and Boomer. Both of these guys went to bat for us, and not only got us a great interest rate, but also got us the payment we asked for. I couldn't believe how wonderful this entire experience was. I absolutely, beyond a shadow of doubt, will do all of my business with Shottenkirk Chevrolet in Waukee from now on. Great job guys. Thank you so much.
