The 1 star concerns the cuisine. Unfortunately, I have had to stay sometimes at the CHUV for 6 years and the food is worse every time. This time not only was it not good but colder. The other problem is that you have been kept on an empty stomach since midnight for surgery the next morning. It finally took place around 6 p.m.!
