Recently got into baking sourdough bread and I ve been looking high and low for a good bread flour. Went here and asked who was their supplier for their bread flour, and to my surprise they get their flour from Central Milling, one of the best places to get strong, quality bread flour! Will definitely get my flour from Abundance Food Co-Op from now on!
