Nice location and good room, but lousy dealing with guests. We made the mistake of booking directly with the hotel instead of through a booking site. The price of a room is then 20 euros lower and breakfast is included in the price. (book breakfast pp: 18.50). After we had mentioned this at the reception on arrival, there would be consultation with the management. With a group of 4 people and 2 rooms we would pay almost 100 euros more than through a booking site for 1 night. In our opinion this was disproportionate, all the more so because our direct booking means that the hotel does not have to pay a fee to the booking site.
Management did not get back on it; the employee of the reception at check-out, but then by saying that she could do nothing for us and that breakfast just had to be paid. We also paid 8 euros for parking, which is more expensive than the daily rate for the shared parking space.
The room was tidy and breakfast was up to par, but for service and understanding I would recommend booking another hotel or at least not booking through the hotel's website itself.
