I had a 10 day stay in this hotel last year (July 2019): I went with the daughter to a friend (17 years old and me 26), we had a reservation problem as soon as we arrived at midnight, we were exhausted and the reception agent gives us a room with a double bed even though we had reserved 2 single beds, I had insisted with E-booking for the beds and he had even called the hotel to have 2 single beds before my departure, imagine the surprise on my arrival after a long trip! The agent told us to spend a few days with a double bed and then we will be provided with another room. We spent 3 nights in the first room which was small but fine with a large bathroom however the bathroom smelled of damp. After insisting we were able to change rooms with 2 single beds, decent room, fairly clean and larger than the first but mini bathroom, my mattress was not comfortable at all because the springs were sticking out.
For me the worst was the 2 reception agents were very welcoming at the beginning and then they were less and less, especially one of them was mainly cold on the day of our departure at 7 am. morning, we were so happy to leave this hotel. Reception is the basis, bad reception = bad stay.
On the plus side, the housekeeper was super nice, helpful, dedicated and welcoming. Beautiful terrace where you take your fairly generous breakfast :).
A young girl working on the terrace of the hotel where we had our breakfast was also very welcoming and smiling, even the day we left by passing her downstairs (she was more polite than the agents who manage them customers) by greeting us and wishing us a safe journey. Fairly beautiful hotel (corridors ...) modern and fairly clean. Well located, especially the first room with a view of the small mosque and call to prayer <3. It's a shame because the welcome really ruined everything for me, otherwise I will have kept very good memories. So this hotel may be fine for a short stay but for my part I will not be going back.
