Since we've opened this account, they have NOT ONC...

Since we've opened this account, they have NOT ONCE picked our trash up. They've managed to get the recycling a few times, but in a month and a half, NOT ONE PICKUP. It's absolutely absurd.Ive called to customer service pretty much weekly, with promises of resolve, still, to this day and hour, we have completely OVER FULL trash, outside, wondering when and if they'll actually pick it up. AVOID this company at ALL COST!
