In the past several months we have had our engine light come on three times on our 2018 Nissan. The first time it went off after a few days and the second time, Nissan could not figure out why it was mis-firing. This last visit to St. Charles Nissan, Al Romero greeted me as I arrived. He is your best Service Advisor in the shop! He needs a raise. He gave me a loaner so they could spend several days working with my car. After a week, he phoned to say Nissan had approved a new motor. We were so shocked but so grateful! We own 2 Nissans and plan to continue to purchase our new cars from St. Charles Nissan. Love their sales people and the wonderful service our cars receive. Our 2013 has over 120,000 miles and our 2018 is close to 30,000 miles and only a Nissan service tech has ever touched them. Thank you for helping us take such good care of our vehicles.
