The hotel and experience was very good. However a day later after we checked out and went back to the home my husband checked our bank account to find out the clerk from the hotel charge us twice for our 6 day stay.
When we contact the Hotel we were put in contact with the manager and she acknowledged the clerk made the mistake and just said " you will get your money back in 10 days COMPLETLY UNACEPTABLE "not even to offer a refund for the hold stay considering its being 8 days and my account has suffer a big hit not to mention how dare you touch money that doesn't belong to you without offering compensation for the inconvenience .
Manager name is ANIC and she said she was going to return our call and haven't heard from her. We have being calling her and living her messages and we are expecting a call back and my stay free for the unprofessional way in WISH they handle our account. I TRUST THAT WHEN I Pay FOR MY STAY IN ANY HOTEL THAT I WOULD NOT FIND OUT I WAS CHARGE DOUBLE AND THEN HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED. AND IF A MISTAKE WAS MADE BY YOUR CLEK MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THE CLIENT satisfied for the costly mistake your clerk made.
I HOPE I CAN HEAR FROM SOMEONE ASAP OR I WILL HAVE TO CONTACT CORPORATE.
