I phoned in your office today at Tangiers Rd wanting to purchase 1-2 cartons (250pcs per carton) of 6x6x2.5 cake boxes (#18001003). But I was categorically shut off by the lady who said the company doesn't sell to endusers, I was told I have to order a whole truckload of cake boxes. I almost fell off my chair. I don't recall reading anywhere on your corporate website "MINIMUM ORDER: TRUCK LOAD". It's beyond comprehensible in this current business environment when you would think that any penny would count towards your P&L, you can be picky and refuse a purchase regardless the volume. In other words, your business is more than profitable enough to choose which business you do not want. There could be 100s of endusers just like me who shop online and would rather go directly to the supplier. May be it is about time for you to review your OUTDATED business model to remain competitive!!!
