Very disappointed. I was been contacted by one of the recruiters who had left me a voicemail. She said she would follow up with an email as well and never did. I called back right away and left a voicemail and a follow up email. After 2 days we finally connected and she had asked me to come in to meet, which I agreed, and she said she would send me an email confirmation - no email. I sent an email again to follow up with the meeting on the day of - she cancelled and re-scheduled. There seems to be a lot of inconsistency and I feel they do not take candidates seriously. I decided I did not want to work with them and declined meeting with her.

I would rather work with someone who is responsive, who does what they say they would do, and who respects that I too have a busy calendar.
