I'd give the mountain 5 stars but the rental and ticket buying experience could be better. They need to completely separate rentals from ticketing. The staff was courteous and very helpful, considering the circumstances. The shuttle buses to parking were very efficient. I would go again but I'd rent skis and equipment elsewhere before heading up the mountain.
