Expecting an employee to work 2 days after getting their wisdom teeth removed while on Hydrocodone is absolutely absurd. If he were to improperly locate he could KILL labor workers! Not to mention he would be driving your company vehicle while on pain medication! Then you fire him even after he gave you weeks notice that he would need 3 days off? Shame on you!
