I've bought from them for years. Ordered two winter covers. Both were 1 foot short of advertised size. They said mail them back. Its not my fault so I asked for discount on the correct cover. Guy said all he could do was give me a discount t on shipping the old ones back. I said ok how much he said he could ship them for 37.00 then he overcharged me 10 dollers on the new cover.
