BMW X7...Worst experience EVER to buy new car. I own 4 luxury cars all purchased in the last 12 months.The BMW X7 was ordered online. New build was unfortunately directed to Coggin BMW in Fort Pierce, Florida . 1. Car was not detailed at delivery. I had to go back to dealership to have it cleaned. Once the car was given back, had to send back for the third time as greasy fingerprints, dust etc was very visible. 2. The sales manager who volunteered or was made to go over the options with me was not competent to explain any functions. Don't blame the new X7 (very similar technology as the X5 that has been in production for a while. I had to spend the entire weekend reading manual to set functions up. The BMW Genius department that can help over the telephone to set up options is closed on weekends (i know really!) 3. The salesman forgot to tint the windows (had over a week notice) I had to take time out of my hectic schedule to go to a tinting place they sent me to on my only day off. There are way too many other embarrassing things that out of very little respect I would not write or comment. Bottom line, I paid a sticker price in order to receive a service one would expect from a luxury car maker (owned 3 prior BMW's but definitely last ever). Extremely Upset soon future ex owner of not so ultimate driving machine...
