So hereby i am going to give an honest review. Will not talk about Pune head office since i ve never been there. Working onsite in this company leads to depression if you have dreams to fulfil. Work - life balance is in negeative. Work culture is toxic. They will give you daily travel expenses for work but even if it increases to 30 rs more for a genuine reason, you will get a call from HO and justify an answer. For a Btech fresher, it would be a suggestion not to join.
Talking about pros, you will save ample amount of money since no expenses is there in onsite. The company will provide accomodation as per your choice on the site area within budget. Colleagues in the ground level are good. Better if you accept the offer letter know all the T&Cs and better talk to some one who is working currently. People supporting fron HO are nice and explains everything well. If you are joining be ready to travel anywhere within zone within a short notice.
