Pretty sure under normal circumstances this place ...

Pretty sure under normal circumstances this place is a 5 star. I stayed here bc I'm a federal employee working the disastrous areas ravaged by Irma and Maria. The hotel was only partially operational and closed to the public. I stayed in a room adjourned to the main lobby where valet parking operates. These rooms do not match the lavish structure and design of the hotel as a whole. Aside from that, majority of the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel had numerous restaurants in my area alone several arcades, pool tables, foosball tables, pools, and hot tubs. There is also several malls. At night pizza, steak, and hamburgers were offered, all very delicious. I really enjoyed Louis and Tonya, 2 bartenders with outstanding personalities. I could add more but pretty sure this resort is world renown. Just hope everything gets bk to normal for the sake of business and 100s of employees let go after the disasters.
