Awful. A modern one bedroom flat was advertised and when I arrived it had apparently been taken. I was shown a dirty flat in an unkept house and then was told she had another flat in a house with all men who were alcoholics. Then she said she had a flat with Emir in Ladbroke Grove who have since learnt is the brother of the owner of Hampton Court Ltd. Do not rent from these people, they trespassed the flat and left it unlocked, they have workmen at the property 6 days a week and have done for 3 yrs. Tenants say they take people's identity details to carry out fraud . Horrendous
