Terrible dealership. Purchased my Toyota Rav 4 from this dealership and was told to purchase the extended warranty to cover all future service and maintenance costs up to 100,000 km for an extra $31 a month. It covers nothing. Paid close to $500 in March for my 48,000 km service and this morning they were going to charge me for a simple oil change along with other services. Do not purchase the extended warranty from this dealership or any other Toyota dealership, you are better to go to a mechanic. Don't let the new google reviews fool you, they have had 3 or 4 different owners during the past 5 years. As a resident of Oakville for over 35 years, I can see why most residents in Oakville purchased their Toyota vehicles in either Burlington or Mississauga.
