Befor lock down and after lock down lots off changes and metro staff very agressive they don't no how to give respect passengers they r behaving very rood they don't have responsibility, last one week back I brought one new metro card yesterday they told that is old card take new one than old card u can make online recharge Ur self that's why il take onother one new card that people don't no money value, very bad people otherwise place is very god and very neet. Staffs I am not satisfied
