Stayed here for one night 29/8/20 and we were nothing short of disgusted.
On check in the young lad had zero customer service skills, went to room and was perplexed at the level of uncleanliness within the most outdated room I ve ever had the misfortune to stay in.
Massive cobwebs, dead spiders, chewing gum on the window ledge, coffee stains in the worktop, walls stained around bin, Thick engrained dirt on the bedside tables, dead flies stuck on the roof, horrible black marks on the floor, headboard terrible worn, outdated furniture, be cautious if you re over 6ft as the roof and door are exceptionally low.
Complained to reception, no action taken, no rooms left to move us, asked for manager but they only work limited hours, spoke with a manager on day 2 and offered free breakfast, I m glad it was free as it was an embarrassment. In future I would need someone to pay me to stay here. Horrid.
