UPDATE. Blvd contacted the manufacturer (Home Elegance) a second time to get them to repair the loveseat. Home Elegance agreed to cover half. Blvd stepped up and covered the remaining amount. A significant cost to them.

Thank you, Blvd Home, for getting us to a favorable conclusion. Now, dump Home Elegance products. They aren t helping your reputation.

Blvd Furniture. It saddens me to have to retract all of the great things that I ve had to say about Blvd home furnishings in the past. Their products look nice, seem solid and their sales people are great but their customer service is AWFUL.

We bought our furniture new in May-June 2018. It was in storage at their facility until early August 2018 when we moved into our new home at which time they delivered it and we began using it.

The loveseat gets the most use. Within one year, one of the recliners broke. It turned out that a number of bolts broke as well as a piece of wood in the front. (They re aluminum bolts. Wow.). Obviously, poor manufacturing and materials. They covered the repair which entailed a complete replacement of the bottom part of the loveseat. Fast forward to about a month ago. The same parts broke. We called and were told that we needed to pay an $89 service fee to have it looked at. Fine. Called today, and we re out of luck. Even though it s a repeat failure and not of our doing we would have to pay to replace the bottom of the recliner. Cost approximately $708 not including tax, shipping, and delivery. Screw that. They got the last $89 from us for the service fee.
