Saturday evening at 18.45. We find a dog on the street we bring it to know what we have to do. A doctor comes out. He tells us that he can't keep it. At most he can see if he has the microchip but he cannot tell me the name of the owner because he has no internet ..... indeed he has the reader of the microchip, but he cannot help us because he cannot find it. In short, between the lines, arrange yourself !!! Ma 'people are not studying veterinary because they love animals .... or only the owners who pay .... Inqualificabi and absolute lack of professionalism !!!!! I would not even recommend it to the owner of a stuffed animal !!!
