These guys are so awesome! Initially they had a representative who came immediately to our office since we lost air on a very hot day. They thought the condenser might need parts and could be a high bill. However, the service manager, Rick Hallam, gave me a second opinion because he wanted to see if there was any other conservative way to take care of this. He did find some wiring connection problems and fixed it completely. He wouldn't take any money for a service call. This is service with integrity!!!!!
