Went for an event in the ballroom. The ballroom is great and very luxurious. But I must say the service was exceptional. On our way to hotel my baby daughter and 7 y.o son threw up in the car and it messed the baby bag. So when I arrived at the designated family and committee room on 3rd floor I asked for a hot tea and a laundry bag for our baby bag. Shortly they brought both of them for us. We're not even stayed there!!
