From day one, Barry treated my wife and I as if we were his only customer. He asked lots of questions so that he could custom fit a plan for my wife and one for myself. He always made sure we understood what he was telling us because we were so unfamiliar with all the choices he offered us. After working with us and answering all the questions we had for him, we agreed on a plan that was best for each of us. He followed up with us every step of the way, until we received all of our paperwork. After that, he followed up to see if we had any questions about anything. He couldn't have made us any more comfortable making sure we understood everything he went over with us.
