Tom Ziarnik is a terrible manager and runs a sloppy and irresponsible hotel. I mistakenly was charged $500 for damaging the room. When contacted, they admitted it was a mistake, but did nothing to correct it. Tom Ziarnik refused to take or return my call. I needed to contact the Visa fraud bureau. Over two weeks later and still no refund. Ziarnik knows nothing about customer service, or rectifying his own mistake. Update: Ziarnik threatened me with "defamation of character" unless I remove my post. Need I say more?
