Hotel is old and run down. Staff is very rude. I was supposed to stay there 10 nights, the AC broke for 2 nights, so we checked out early because it was very hot. General manager promised us that he will refund the 2 nights then let us check our early. During those 2 nights without AC, because the AC was blowing humid air, all of our stuff was damp including our cellphones and laptops. We didn t want to make a big deal out of it because they promised that they would refund those 2 nights. After we left, they didn t give us the refund for those 2 nights and said that they didn t charge us the early departure fees as a FAVOR. Will never ever come back. 3 other families we met at the hotel had the same experience about the staff being rude. Enoch is a liar. He promised me that he would refund the 2 nights and refused to do so after I checked out.
