I have been a patient here for over 5 years. I have insurance with high deductible, so have always cash paid for services. The office staff has always had trouble processing this transaction. Today I had a visit because I have a cancerous spot that I am concerned about. The staff refused to see me because they could not get a referral from United Health Care and they would not see me today for my scheduled appointment. I won t be back again, called the insurance company within 5 minutes on the phone had me referred to another MD to see me today. I offered to pay cash, at Dr Weisburgs office so I could be seen. They refused service. I ask for my records to take to new Dr. they could not produce them but said they would mail for $25. That does not help me today, no care for my medical problem and new Dr will not have access to records to start treatment today.

I hand wrote a letter to the Doctor a couple of years ago about the office hassle to be seen. I never received a response. Guess I should have switched Doctors back then.
