I ve been going here for about 5 years now. Loved this place, loved the service. During the summer, I needed to renew my prescription so I went in, got tested, and ordered contacts. I had to go back 3 times because I felt as if my vision was still not the best it could be. I needed to return one of my contact boxes, and I was told I could do so, but when I went in the manager of the place told me I could not. Finally, she said she would call the contact company and let me know. I did not receive a call for about 3 weeks. After waiting, I decided I should call and called, left a voicemail and did not get a call back for about another week and a half. It was not late December, early January. Once I called back, the manager answered and told me that one of the associates would call me back. A week passed, and still not call back. I called them again today, the manager answered again and told me that the associate would call me back tomorrow because she had already left for the day. I asked the manager if she could give me at least some information because I only have ONE pair of contacts, but she said she doesn t know so the associate will call me back. I have never been more frustrated or more angry. I know how things work and I know that things take time. It s so annoying that this has been going on for about 6 months because Maxivision can t call me back ??????? I just don t understand what type of customer service this is.
