If I could rate a half star I would have. This company has no clue what customer service is about. Everytime you call you will get a different answer to a question. They have zero concern for the customer and always find ways to charge you. In my entire life I have never missed a payment, but yet if you call to pay 2 days before the due date they wait to process the payment until after the due date and slap a charge on your account. They charged me 1,500$ for not having insurance for my car when in fact I have yet to drive 1 mile since I was 16 without insurance. Its taken a week to get it all ironed out.
RUN AWAY !!!!!!!!!
