It is impossible to take the line to book. I read many other reviews of this kind, to which it is suggested to book from the site, but it is not the same thing: date and day must be agreed and it is necessary to do it with a human being on the other side of the phone. But what does it take to improve the telephone booking service?!?!? Nothing, just a little good will and a minimum of investments to make a service acceptable to the customer.
