Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with avanti resort... it's basically $100 bucks a night for the quality of a $40 a night hotel... the rooms are average at best, the lighting in the room was terrible,and bugs... we kept killing roaches that were in our room, and there were splat marks on the walls where people who stayed previously apparently were doing the same thing... the sink had a leak in the pipes underneath and we had to keep a towel under the counter to keep it from puddling up. The bath tub was tiny and the shower curtail was ratty and gross. When you check in the Lobby is impressive and the staff is friendly. The pool area is nice and fun for the kids. This place could easily be great but it looks like the owners need to invest in pest control and renovations.. it is right off international drive so its within walking distance of a ton of stuff to do..but dont expect to be blown away, stay at a different hotel and save a few bucks.
