Worst customer service experience in my profession...

Worst customer service experience in my professional career. Tried to buy a truck, got a story from a salesman there about how his accountant told him he makes too much money! He never followed through with a quote, either. Other sales reps at same dealership communicated that they were too busy to take my money. Now I buy vehicles from dealerships that look me in the eye, shake my hand and thank me for my business. Don't bother transacting with people who don't care if they get your money or not.
